Quentin Raynor (Yakama) adds 16 points in win against Wenatchee Valley College

Yakima, Wash. – Yakima Valley College’s men 13-6 (4-2) knock off Wenatchee 99-71 in NWAC East Region conference. Yakima Valley came out hot in the 1st half behind Gamaun Boykin 16 points and 6 rebounds to take 44-34 lead.

Wenatchee 11-6 (4-1) failed to get hot in throughout the game shooting just 7 for 28 from behind the arc. Big win snaps Yakima Valley two game losing streak, putting the ManiYaks back in contention for a league championship.

Gamaun Boykin led the Yaks with 35 points, ten rebounds and three assists. Quentin Raynor (Yakama) added 16 points including 4 three pointers, Tony Delp contributed 13.
