Damen Bell-Holter – Overseas Journeyman

Damen Bell-Holter professional basketball player of the Haida Tribe in Alaska.

Damen then went to Oral Roberts University where he played four years of Divison 1 College Basketball. During his last year with ORU, Bell-Holter had the best season of his college career averaging 15.5 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.3 blocks, and 1.2 assists in 31.5 minutes per game. Bell-Holter is a prime example of basketball bringing you around the world. After a successful college career the Boston Celtics came calling, offering him a NBA contract. He has since played in Professionally in Turkey, Finland, & Italy. “Basketball can become a lifestyle if you work hard enough.” Bell-Holter also founded Bless to Bless camps in 2013, geared to help at risk youth through basketball camps & motivational talks. No matter where his basketball career takes him, Bell-Holter will be a positive influence and role model for the Native Community.
