TRAZIL LANE – Lummi Nation (6-foot-4 Senior Guard, Lummi Nation HS 1B) Arguably the best Native player in the state. 1st Team All-State as a junior, Lane averaged 25 Points & 11 Rebounds and led his team to the Washington 1B state semi-finals. Trazil was named Washington’s Class 1B player of the year by the associated press following a state title run and perfect 28-0 record his sophomore year. Lane recently played with the Bellingham Slam semi-pro team in the Seattle Pro-AM league.

KENRICK DOHERTY JR.- Makah Tribe (5-foot-11 Senior Guard, Neah Bay HS 1B) Kenrick is an all-round shooting guard from Neah Bay, Washington. As a Junior he averaged 16 Points, 6 Rebounds, & 4 Assists and led Neah Bay to a Washington 1B State Championship win over Almira-Coulee-Hartline. Humble kid that wins, If I was making a team I’d grab this 3X State Championship. Look for Doherty to repeat in his final season.

ISIAH STROM – Yakama Nation (5-foot-7  Junior Guard, Yakama Nation Tribal School 1B) At 5’7″ Isiah leads the Eagles relentless up-tempo style of play. This fearless court leader has been a vital part of his teams past success averaging 11 Pounts, 4 Assists, 3 Rebounds, & 3 Steals while shooting 38% from 3 point arc and 81% at the free throw line. Isiah was previously coached by his Dad Adam Strom before leaving to coach Yakima Valley C.C. woman’s basketball team.

YAHOLA GOWER – Puyallup Tribe (5-foot-8 Senior Guard, Chief Leschi HS 2B) Yahola Gower is a 5’8 Point Guard that attends Chief Leshi High School in Tacoma, Washington. Gower is a strong, quick, & tough guard thats looking to lead the Warriors to their first State Championship trip in 7 years. Exciting guard that gets the crowd going. #GetYaPopcornReady

FREDDY BROWN III – Makah Tribe (6-foot-0 Junior Guard, Marysville-Pilchuck High School 4A) Freddy Brown III comes from strong basketball bloodlines with his grandfather being the former sharp shooting Supersonic “Downtown Freddie Brown.” Freddy is a knockdown shooter that does a great job spotting up and finding the gaps.  He has an effortless three point release and consistency to go with it.

QUENTIN RAYNOR – Yakama Nation (6-foot-1 Senior Guard, Hudson’s Bay High School 3A) Quentin is a scoring guard that has next level potential. Raynor plays with tons of composure and has a calm demeanor on the court. Q can fill it up and score in a variety of different ways. First Team All League Greater St Helens League as Junior. We’ll be covering more of Quentin Raynor thought the year.

MARJON BEAUCHAMP – Mission/LaJolla (6-foot-1  Freshman Guard, Nathan Hale HS 3A) This highly rated 6’1 freshman will play high school basketball at Nathan Hale for UW Legend & former NBA All-Star Brandon Roy. Beauchamp has an explosive quick first step and is a threat from anywhere on the court. Current offers from UW, Gonzaga, Eastern Washington, & Cal Poly.

HUNTER JACOB – Yakama Nation (6-foot-0 Senior Guard, Wapato High School 2A) After some research, Hunter is a very impressive player averaging over 21 point, 8 rebounds, 3 assists. All-CWAC first teamer who led his team to the State tournament at the WIAA 2A level. Hunter at 6’0 posses ideal height for the next level. We will keep our eyes on Hunter Jacob and the wolves this season.

On The Radar:

RYAN THOMPSON JR. – Yakima/Muckleshoot (5-foot-10 Sophomore Guard, Muckleshoot Tribal School) As a freshman Ryan Thompson started and saw a ton of action averaging 10 Points, 3 Assists, 2 Rebounds, & 2 Steals. Keep your eyes on this sophomore guard.
