SAM BRADFORD OFF TO A HOT START

Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Sam Bradford (Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma) starting off the season Hot, getting off to his best start yet.

His recent performance Bradford completed 22 of 30 passes for 271 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Bradford’s passer rating of 123.1 was his highest mark as a Viking and the fourth straight game he’s garnered a passer rating of at least 93.0.

The 5-0 Vikings will have a bye over the weekend getting much needed rest following another impressive performance Sunday over the Houston Texans 31-13.

Off to a hot start Bradford had completed more then 70% of his pass for 990 passing yards and 6 touchdowns.

“I think just us being together, learning how we play together,” Bradford said.

Sam Bradford is 1/16th Cherokee, and an official member on the Cherokee Nation tribe. In 2008, Sam Bradford became the second Native American player to capture the Heisman Trophy . Drawing inspiration from his Cherokee Indian heritage, Bradford is an advocate for health and achievement among native youth. He also serves as a Nike N7 Ambassador.
