Oklahoma City Thunder include Lindy Waters in NBA Summer League Training Camp
The Oklahoma City Thunder announced their roster on Wednesday which included Lindy Waters. Waters recently played with the Enid Outlaws of The Basketball League (TBL). He averaged 12.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists per contest, while helping the Outlaws capture the TBL championship.
His stellar play with the Enid Outlaws caught several scouts attention, helping Waters land an overseas deal with Palmer Alma Mediterranea Palma. The team is based in Palma, Spain and is the second tier of the Spanish basketball pyramid.
The six-foot-six guard was also standout with the Oklahoma State Cowboys from 2016-2020, averaging 10.5 points per game, 4.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists over his career. He was the 11th OSU player to ever reach at least 1,000 points, 250 assists and 100 steals in their career.
