Why should you be National Native American Player of The Year? Ft. Tiana Guillory
I should be the National Player of the Year because I’ve worked really hard to be the basketball player that I am today. I’ve played at many different levels and started out when I was 6 years old. I not only push myself but push my teammates and encourage them. I played NM class 6A basketball in one of the most competitive districts in the state. In high school I had 3 teammates who play or will be playing D1 basketball. My sophomore year volleyball and basketball teams won a state championship.
Basketball: varsity award freshman-senior year, all academic all district sophomore – senior, first team all district senior year, State champs 2014-2015, metro champs 2015. District champs freshman-junior year.
Volleyball: varsity award sophomore-senior year
all academic district sophomore- senior year, state champs 2014, district champs 2016. Golf: varsity award sophomore year, Senate: lettered all 4 years, National HS: lettered sophomore-junior years, Native American club: lettered senior year
Also cibola high school academic award freshman-senior.
Played in the NM 5a/6A North/South All-Star game
