RAPID CITY, S.D. — The South Dakota Mines men’s basketball team took on Chadron State on Saturday. It was a tight battle between the two rivals, but the Hardrockers were unable to pull it out, falling 70-67.

Alejandro Rama finished the evening with 8 points and eight rebounds on 4/10 shooting from the field. A last-second three-point shot by Rama would not connect, giving Chadron State the 70-67 victory.

The Hardrockers will take the floor again this Friday and Saturday at the King Center. On Friday the Hardrockers will face off against MSU Denver at 7:30 PM, and on Saturday they will play Colorado School of Mines at 6:00 PM.
